Advanced Company Setup Overview

Now that you have setup your company, this article will take you through advanced setup options. Nxsys Umbrella offers you variety of options on customizing your company to suit your business needs 
  1. Step 1: Click on Companies
  2. Step 2: Click on the view icon to Open your Company
  3. Step 3: Fill in any missing details in the Company Details Tab
  4. Step 4: Click on Contact Details and fill in your company's primary contact details 
  5. Step 5: Click on Payment Model and select all the payment models that apply to your Company
  6. Step 6: Click on Settings and select the default communication and payslip settings for your Company
  7. Step 7: Click on Pension and select your pension provider and pension settings applicable 
  8. Step 8: Click on Bank accounts and add as many bank accounts as you want
  9. Step 8: Click on Company Defaults and enter all your default company settings
  10. Step 9: Click on HMRC settings and fill in your HMRC settings for RTI submissions 
  11. Step 10: Click on Email Settings & Templates and enter your email SMTP settings
