Email Setup & Configuration
Nxsys allows you to send emails to your agencies and employees from the system. Emails will be sent for all of the below actions
- New registrations received
- New logins created (both agencies and employees)
- Self onboarding links to employees and subcontractors
- Invoice to agencies
- Payslips to employees
- Self Bills to subcontractors
- P45 to employees
- P60 to employees
- CIS statement of earnings to employees
Before any emails can be sent from your company, you will need to setup your email settings in Nxsys. To setup emails
- Open your company
- Click on Email settings & Templates
- Fill in your email settings based on your email provider (Office 365, Gmail, etc.)
- Click Save
- Re open your company
- Navigate to Email settings & Templates
- Click on Test Email
- If you see a success message, it means your emails are setup correct.
- If you see a failed message (in red), it means the setup is not completed correctly. You will need to contact Nxsys support for help
Note:
You can use any approved SMTP provider for your email settings. However, it is known that Office 365 and Gmail have certain limitations depending on your subscription levels.
Nxsys partners with a third party provider Prolateral, a bulk email provider which can be setup for you.
