Timesheets Added by Worker

NXSYS allows workers to add timesheets via their Employee Portal or App which can then be approved by their Agency.

When a timesheet is added by a worker, it will appear in the Pending Agency Approval section as shown below.



Workers can add a timesheet via their Employee Portal on a Desktop or Laptop by selecting Submit Timesheet from their Dashboard as shown below.



The worker should then select their Assignment which will populate their Agency details and Rate. They can then select the tax week (Nxsys will populate the current tax week automatically) and then then enter their hours worked and click Save. The timesheet would show on the Agency/Client portal for approval.



A worker may also add a timesheet via their Worker App, it is the same process as above, when the timesheet is added via the App, it will appear on their Agencies portal for approval.

This functionality can be enabled within a workers profile, under Payroll settings section, please select Yes on the tab below.



Once a timesheet has been approved in the Employer Portal or via the Admin portal, it will move to the Run Payroll section.
