NXSYS Employer Pension Setup

NXSYS has the ability to connect to various Pension providers in the UK who have an API and automatically sync contribution data.

If your Employer pension provider supports automated submissions, please connect NXSYS by entering your details in Employer Settings.

Navigate to Employers tab on the menu to the left, then from the Actions section select the 'Eye' icon to view that companies details as shown below.

Now select the Pension tab from the menu on the left which will shown the screen below. You will now be able to select you Pension Provider from the drop down and enter your details.

Now Pension/Manual Pension

Please select Now Pension from the dropdown and complete the fields to your requirements. Please ensure your Postponement Period is set accordingly. This pension method may be used for any pensions provider without an API. Nxsys will calculate pension contributions acording to the settings you choose here for any Employee's added to this employer.

SMART Pension

NXSYS has an API link with SMART which will automatically sync your contributions and worker data. To connect NXSYS, please select SMART from the drop down, you will now see a new menu as shown below. Please click the Connect button which will open a new window and ask you to sign into you SMART Pension account.

Once connected, NXSYS will automatically communicate with SMART to auto-enroll your employees and submit contribution data directly. It will also pull through your pension scheme settings from SMART like postponement period etc, so you do not need to fill these out on NXSYS.

Note: API Pensions contributions are triggered automatically each Sunday evening at 11pm and for monthly workers, on the 5th of the month.
