Create Agency Portal Users

Nxsys allows you to create an unlimited number of agency portal users. 

Once you have enabled your Agency Portal Access you can create agency portal users as follows

1. Open your agency record (if not already in the agency record)
   
2. Click Agency Contact Tab
   
3. Click Add New
   
4. Fill in all the mandatory details
   
5. Select the payment company (only relevant if you have more than one company setup in your account). 
   
6. Click Save
   

A welcome email with the agency portal users details will be emailed to them from the payment company you selected for that agency portal user
