Agency Portal

One of the unique features of Nxsys is the Agency Portal. This gives your Agencies a view of all their data held in Nxsys and allows them to have real-time updates on Worker Registration, Invoices, Credit Notes, Documents, Worker payroll data i.e. access to Payslips, Self Bills etc.

A new feature is that your Agencies can now add referrals directly onto their Agency Portal to trigger the automated onboarding process.

To give access to your agencies, navigate to the Agency tab on the left hand menu and then select the Eye icon next to the Agency in question. You will now see the agency record below which should have the Allow Portal Access box ticked, if Yes is not selected, then please set this now.

Once this is set, please select the Agency Contact tab on the top right of the screen. You will now see the view below which will list all users with access to this specific Agencies view. Please select Add New to open the pop up below which should then be populated. Once complete, click Save to send login details, via email, to the contact you've just entered. The Agency user can use these details to login to their portal and view the Agency data, subject to the Permissions group you have set for them.

Once the Agency user is logged in, they will have a similar view below, where they can access all data related to their Agency. This data is all real time, so any updates made via the Admin view i.e. running payroll, updating details etc, will instantly show on the Agency view. This portal is read only, with the exception of the Prospects section, where the Agency can enter Prospects (referrals), please see the Onboarding article for more information.
