The Net Pay report will show you a breakdown of all the payments made to a worker in a given tax period.
Eg: If Joe Bloggs has a timesheet on Monday and is paid on a Monday and then submits another timesheet for Friday this report will show what the payment value was for Monday's payment followed by the payment value for Friday's payment
The report can be accessed by navigating to the Reports tab on the menu to the left of your screen:
- Click on Reports
- Click on Payroll
- Click on Net Pay Report
You will now see the Net Pay report below:
You will now have a range of filters and search options to filter the report as necessary. You can then either export all or select individual records and then click the Actions button in the top right corner.
