This section allows you as a company user to set default values across the system to save you time in setting up the same settings for all your agencies and/or employees and subcontractors 

The below fields will apply to any new employee or subcontractor created in the system if the employee or subcontractor doesn't have these details filled in by you 
  1. Payment Term 
  2. Tax Code
  3. NI Category 
  4. Pay Frequency
  5. Payment Method
  6. Registration Status
  7. Password Protect Document
  8. Margin Method
  9. Margin
  10. Restricted Hours?
  11. Expense receipts upload mandatory? (for umbrella and umbrella hybrid employees only)
  12. Enable AWR Tracking
  13. Enable Working Time Regulation
The below fields are applicable for you as a company for agency invoicing and timesheet validation
  1. Invoice Prefix
  2. Next Invoice Number
  3. Credit Note Prefix
  4. Next Credit Note Number
  5. Timesheet Import Validation
